Pengullets are one of the more common Pals that drop Pal Fluids in Palworld. Simply capture or kill a Pengullet to receive the Pal Fluids. Other Pals that drop Pal Fluids are Celerays, Teafants, Fuacks, Surfents, and Kelpseas.

Celerays also drop Pal Fluids and are decently easily to kill.
They appear as flying blue Manta Rays, but on land and occasionally in water. You can find them at these locations on the default map:

Teafants appear as small white/blue elephant teapots. Creative, right? These Pals also drop Pal Fluids and are usually easy to capture/kill.
