To make Medicine to cure your Pals, you'll first need to craft a Medieval Medicine Workbench. From this workbench, you can craft medical items to cure broken bones, sprains, colds, depression, and more.

Medicine from the Medieval Medicine Workbench
The Medieval Medicine Workbench is unlocked at Level 12 in the tech tree, and requires Wood, Nails, and Paldium Fragments to craft.
Nails are unlockable at Level 10 and will require you to smelt Metal in a furnace to craft. Paldium Fragments are much easier to find and farm.
Once the workbench has been crafted, you can place it using the Build menu accessed by pressing "B" on PC:
Which Medicines to Craft
There are many different types of medicine you can craft with the Medieval Medicine Workbench, and each is good for curing specific ailments:
- Low Grade Medical Supplies - cures colds and sprains. Craft with Red Berries and Horns.
- Medical Supplies - cures Ulcers and Fractures. Craft with Ingots, Horns, and Bones.
- High Grade Medical Supplies - treats Weakened and Depressed. Craft with Ingots, Horns, and Bones.
Where to find Horns and Bones
The best way to farm Horns, in our experience, is from capturing or killing Eikthyrdeer.
You can find the Eikthyrdeer in these locations on the default map:
Bones can be gathered from a number of different Pals across Palworld, such as:
- Vixy
- Rushoar
- Cawgnito
- Loupmoon
- Gorirat
- Vanwyrm
- Bushi
- Verdat
- Anubis
Vixy are probably the easiest to find, as they're near the starting location of the map:
How to Give a Pal Medicine
To give a Pal medicine, walk near them and aim at the Pal. Then press "4" when you see the option to Lift or Open Menu.
Once the menu is open, select "Feed" from the menu wheel.
Then, just select the Medicine you need to feed them. That's it!
